Vicki Sprague, PhD
Senior Director, Data Solutions and Operations
Vicki has more than 15 years of experience in program evaluation and outcomes management. She is passionate about helping organizations turn data into information that can be used for decision making and quality improvement. Vicki holds a Doctorate in social psychology and expertise in data analysis, research methods, logic model development, and communicating results. She has successfully implemented data analytics and outcome evaluation programs and worked in collaboration with organizational and industry leaders to promote the effective use of data in a variety of settings. Sprague has shared results through a variety of presentations, reports, and publications.

Bradley Coffey, MA, O-CHCP
Manager, Data Services and Government Affairs
Bradley is the Manager of Data Services & Government Affairs at the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives in Indianapolis, Indiana. For the past five years, Bradley has worked with AAOE volunteers to build the AAOE’s department of government affairs. He received his Master of Arts in political science with a focus on the institutions of American government (Congress, Presidency, Courts) in May 2013. While a graduate student, Bradley served as a graduate teaching assistant, Vice-President of the Graduate Student Union, and as the Social Science Representative to the Academic Grievance and Student Discipline Committee. Bradley has previously worked with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Public Policy Office and the Kentucky General Assembly.

Daniel Williams
Data Analyst
Daniel is the Data Analyst at the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives. Originally from Florida, Daniel attended Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. While attending Butler, he was a member of the Athletic Bands. He was the clarinet section leader and a student staff member. Daniel was a member of the music fraternity, Kappa Kappa Psi, and held the music liaison position to the Athletic Bands. He was also a teaching assistant for the Physics Department prior to graduating  in May of 2018. Following graduation, he was a Data Analysis Intern at IU Health Methodist.
